I’m SO Hot! Really.

Why is it that we’re so good at giving advice – yet not so much about taking our own? After going on and on in my last Hot Zone, reminding you to “find time for your dreams”, and “get in touch with your disciplines”, I didn’t do so well myself. So now, I’m hot – I mean REALLY hot – and not in that “redefining the hot in menopause” way!

Speaking of Moist . . .

Several months ago, Eileen was contacted by a medical research company to participate in a study testing a new hormonal drug to improve vaginal dryness. Participants would be given either a new drug or a placebo. After six months, the menopausal women in the study would hopefully have a more moist and supple vagina, with only a slight possibility of developing excessive facial hair.
